July Update - 2025

What’s New in Skyline — July Update

Welcome to your monthly peek behind the curtain at what’s been happening at Skyline. We’ve rolled out some meaningful updates to help streamline operations and give you more control — without making you dig through long release notes (you’re welcome).

✈️ Big Changes, New Faces & A Dash of AI: What's New at Skyline?

At Skyline, we believe that growth doesn't always mean more code and features—it also means building a stronger team, a better space, and smarter support. Here’s a quick update on what’s been brewing behind the scenes!

👋 Meet Our New Hires!

We’re thrilled to welcome two new team members to the Skyline family! Nicole is jumping in to strengthen our customer support, while Tracy brings hybrid skills that will support future development and implementation work. With fresh energy and new perspectives, they’re already making waves.

🪴 Office Glow-Up!

Our HQ just got a makeover—and we’re not talking about a new coat of paint. We’ve introduced standing desks, comfy seating, and a whole lot of plants (because who doesn’t love a mini jungle at work?). The vibe is officially “tech-meets-cozy,” and we’re all for it.

📞 Support, Upgraded

We’re on a mission to enhance our customer support and cut down response times. Our team is streamlining processes, doubling down on training, and keeping the lines of communication wide open. Got a question? We’ll be on it faster than you can say "waybill."

🤖 Something Intelligent is Coming...

Yes, the rumors are true: we’re building an AI-powered Skyline Bot. Soon, users will be able to ask it questions like “How do I print a cargo manifest?” or “Why is my piece status pending and shipped?” It’s designed to make your day smoother and give our team superpowers.

The bottom line? We’re investing in people, process, and playfulness—all so we can serve you better, and make Skyline an amazing place to work and partner with.

Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, thank you for flying with Skyline!
