What’s New in Skyline — May Update

Welcome to your monthly peek behind the curtain at what’s been happening at Skyline. We’ve rolled out some meaningful updates to help streamline operations and give you more control — without making you dig through long release notes.

New training pathways

We have been working on a new online training resource for our airline clients. We are organizing a number of onlin training modules to help orient new staff as well as provide refresher courses for existing employees. We refer to this training material as training pathways. The modules developed so far focus on reservations and accounting roles.

Automated ADS

It is now possible to set up automated process for cashing out

New Cargo Portal

We have been making a number of design and logic changes to enhance the cargo self service portal.

Great Plains Import

Enhancements have been made to the Great Plains import file tool. Charter MCOs may now be imported using the ADS process.
